This means that you can submit a request to send your personal details, which we have in a computer file, to you or to another organization nominated by you. Your request for inspection, correction, removal, data portability of your personal details, or a request to revoke your permission, or objection to the processing of your personal data, can be sent to vise@afmech.com.

To ensure that it was you who submitted the request for inspection, we ask you to send us the request including a copy of your proof of identity. In this copy, you should blacken your passport photo, the MRZ (the machine-readable zone i.e., the strip including the numbers at the bottom of the passport), the passport number and the National registry number. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but within four weeks. AFMECH would also like to point out to you that you have the option to submit a complaint to the national supervisory body, the Privacy Committee.

AFMECH takes the protection of your details seriously and implements appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, undesired publication and unauthorized changes.
